Recipe for halal Nastar cookies sprinkled with cheese
Material :
2 chicken eggs
100 grams of granulated sugar
400 grams of butter
2 tablespoons powdered milk
Vanilla
Pineapple jam
600 grams of flour (separate it into 500 grams of flour and 100 grams of flour)
1 egg yolk
Cheese grated or thinly sliced as needed
How to make :
Eggs, granulated sugar, butter are mixed and beaten until they rise and become fluffy. Add the milk and vanilla, then add the flour and stir the mixture gently until evenly mixed. If the dough still doesn’t feel right for kneading, add 100 grams of flour until the dough feels good for kneading. Roll out the dough into a round ball and fill it with pineapple jam.
